1. General

• We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Site or purchase from us.

2. Membership

• Paid membership is non-refundable.
• Membership benefits may change without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active members of material changes.

3. Prices and Payment

• All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction.

4. Shipping (Physical Products)

• Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout.
• Risk of loss and title for physical items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or the carrier.

5. Refund & Return Policy – 30 Days Guaranteed

A. Digital Products EXCLUDING MEMBERSHIPS

• You may request a full refund for any digital product within 30 days of purchase.
• To request a refund, contact us at support@kevintrudeaufanclub.com with your order number. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

B. Physical Products (books, merchandise, etc.)

• You may return physical products for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, unopened (if sealed), and in original retail condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation included.
• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method.
• Refunds will be issued within 7-14 days only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• NO refunds or exchanges will be given for physical products after 30 days from delivery.

C. Damaged or Defective Items

• If a physical product arrives damaged or defective (including damage in transit), contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
• We will, at our option, provide a free replacement or a full refund (including original shipping costs).
• In the case of damage in transit, we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf when possible.

D. Non-Refundable Items

• Event tickets, live seminars, coaching programs, memberships, and personalized items are non-refundable and non of them are tax deductible.
• Membership fees are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and Kevin Trudeau’s name, likeness, and teachings, is owned or licensed by the Kevin Trudeau Fan Club and protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE, MEMBERSHIP, AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE KEVIN TRUDEAU FAN CLUB, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The new version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site or membership after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
